McNicholas for sale Standard config. I modified the port settee to accommodate a dinette. No survey has been done. but do have a great surveyor in the area. the engine is a Universal M20-B with less than 275Hrs, the sails (six to eight I'm not to sure) range in condition from 4 (main) to 8.5-9 (headsails). the head, holding tank, and dinette table need to be installed. There is a force 10 propane 2 burner stove top (with gimbals) that needs to be installed. the galley top needs to be glued down and trimmed and sink installed. the original water tank was stolen from beneath the vessel when i was hauled out. I rebuilt the bilge. the floor was rebuilt with 3mm kledge-cell and 2:1 epoxy. interior painted with awl-grip. new standing rigging, mast was damaged beyond repair during the same haul out as the water tank being stolen (i had really bad luck during that haul out), Currently working on taking delivery on a 42' mast. new chain plates with backing plates. the glazing in the salon ports need to be replaced. i have all but 2 (one was chromed and the other was in the process of being rechromed by the previous owner) opening ports installed. i bought 4 additional opening ports. The bottom was stripped and barrier coated with Interlux 2000/2000e system and painted in 2002, I am planning a haul out in Mid April for new bottom paint. I re-gelcoated (white) the deck in 2002, there were no sign of any delamination; decks sounded solid. The hull deck joint seems to be weather tight. but the toe rail bolts need to be rebedded. I saved all the fittings I could, the spreaders were severely corroded, gooseneck had a nice fracture on it, I have turnbuckles (some original, some new). The boom was replaced with an aluminum (internally lined) boom before I took ownership. Bow and
stern pulpits/pushpits. compass, two danforth's, 1 with 19' 3/4 chain and
150' rode (new since hurricane charley), 1 with 6' chain and 120' rode
(old, good for lunch hook in Florida), 5 PFD's, teak combings, cleats, Bow
